How to Use the Balance Inquiry and Reloading Function
Managing your Easytrip RFID account through the MPT DriveHub app is a breeze. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it:
- Register Your Easytrip RFID Account Number
- Open the MPT DriveHub app and go to the Registration page.
- Enter your 12-digit Easytrip RFID account number. This number is unique to your account and is needed for authentication.
- Input your 16-digit card number. Make sure you double-check the numbers for accuracy.
- Fill in your vehicle information. This includes details like your vehicle model, license plate number, and other relevant data. This will help you track your vehicle usage more efficiently.
- For Easytrip Balance Inquiry
- Go to the MPT DriveHub Dashboard.
- Your RFID Balance should be displayed on the screen. This lets you monitor your balance in real-time and reload when necessary.
- For Easytrip Reloading
- Add your Easytrip RFID account to the MPT DriveHub app.
- Select the RFID tab and tap the "Top-Up" button to start reloading.
- Select the Easytrip RFID account you wish to load. You can load multiple accounts if you have more than one vehicle under your name.
- Input the amount you want to reload into your wallet. Make sure you enter the correct amount.
- You can add a new card if you still need to add your payment method. If you have already added a card, select your preferred mode of payment from the available merchants.
