MECHANICS:

  1. Promo period is from November 11, 2022 to January 31, 2023
  2. Customers are entitled to join the raffle by:
    1. Downloading the MPT DriveHub app via Play Store or App Store
    2. Registering as MPT DriveHub app users by creating an account or via referral link
    3. Reloading at least P200 on Easytrip or CCLEX RFID
    4. Maintaining a positive load balance by the time of the raffle draw
  3. Customers will automatically earn a raffle entry every time they earn points through the MPT DriveHub app. 1 point is equal to 1 raffle entry. Customers will be able to earn points by:
    1. Downloading the MPT DriveHub app and linking their Easytrip or CCLEX RFID account = 1 point
    2. Getting a friend to install the MPT DriveHub App = 5 points
    3. Downloading the app using a referral link = 1 point
    4. Reloading their Easytrip or CCLEX RFID using the MPT DriveHub app = 1 point for every P200 load
    (NOTE: The Easytrip RFID load can only be used to pass the MPTC Tollways and nothing else. Nor can it be transferred or be redundant. Load amounts are non-cumulative and points are counted per reload of the Easytrip or CCLEX RFID)
  4. Participants can only accumulate a maximum of 24 points per month.
  5. Deadline for accepting entries is on January 31, 2023.
  6. Determination of winner(s) will be held on February 10, 2023, 10:00AM at the MPT Mobility Head Office at the SM North Tower 1, 7th floor, Barangay Bagong Pag-Asa, Quezon City in the presence of a DTI representative via Microsoft Teams.
  7. Prizes are as follows:

  8. Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the sponsor.
  9. The prizes are transferable but non-convertible.
  10. Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email and SMS.
  11. A customer can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner must get the prize with a higher value.
  12. Winners of a brand new MG ZS may claim his/her prize at the MG Cebu Building, A.S. Fortuna St., Mandaue City, Cebu or MG Greenhills at 500 Greenhills, Epifanio de los Santos Ave., San Juan City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
  13. Winners of P100,000 cash may claim his/her prize at the MPTC Head Office, 5th floor, Tower I, Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas Avenue, Barangay Ugong, 1604 Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
  14. To claim the prize, winners must present their original government-recognized valid IDs (Driver’s License, Passport, UMID, Postal ID, PhilHealth ID, TIN ID, National ID, or Senior Citizen ID) and proof of the notification informing them of their winning.
  15. If claiming thru an authorized representative, he/she must present an authorization letter with the original signatures of the winner and representative as well as original valid IDs of the winner and representative.
  16. The prize of a brand new MG ZS should be claimed within 30 days upon the winners’ receipt of notification of their winning. The prize of P100,000 cash should be claimed within 60 days upon the winners’ receipt of notification of their winning. Or, it will be forfeited in favor of MPTC with prior approval of DTI.
  17. All employees of MPTC Group of Companies may include others i.e ad agency, merchants etc. and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
  18. Customers can start earning points by reloading at least P200 on their Easytrip or CCLEX RFID, passing through MPTC expressways, or getting friends to migrate to the MPT DriveHub app.
